Our payment term is T/T,Cash,Western Union,L/C(limited to some countries)
3,Can I go to your company and inspect the machines in person?
All customers are always welcome to visit our company and check machines in person,what’s more,if required,we can pick you up from airport and help you check in hotels.
4,Do you guarantee quality of machines you sold.
We have a very strict control on machine quality,all machines must be tested strictly to avoid any mechanical problem before sales.what’s more we guarantee quality for one year after sales.
5,Can I track my equipment during shipment.
Yes, shipping dept. Will keep you updated on shipment details.
6,What documents do you supply for shipment?
Usually we supply following documents:
a,Original Bill of Lading.
b,Packing list
c,Commercial invoice
d,Certificate of origin.

7,What’s the procedure if I want to buy an machine from your company?

Step3,send Proforma invoice to you.
Step4,you make down payment.
Step5,we arrange shipment and send you scan copy of documents.
Step6,you make final payment.
Step7,we send all the original documents to you by DHL.
Step8,after sales service.
8,How soon can you ship machine after down payment.
Usually we can ship machine within one week,but sometimes cause of vessel schedule,we have to postpone shipment for one week.
